Hare Krishna Bureau is committed to providing high-quality educational services. If you are not satisfied with our services, we offer refunds under specific conditions outlined below.
2. Home Tuition Services Refund
Full Refund (100%):
- If we are unable to provide a suitable teacher within 7 days of your request
- If the assigned teacher does not show up for the first scheduled class
- If you cancel within 24 hours of booking (before the first class)
Partial Refund (50%):
- If you are unsatisfied with the teacher after the first class
- If you need to cancel after attending 1-2 classes due to unforeseen circumstances
- If the teacher is consistently late or unprepared (with proper documentation)
No Refund:
- After attending more than 3 classes
- If cancellation is due to student's personal reasons after classes have commenced
- If you fail to attend scheduled classes without prior notice
3. Teacher Application Fee Refund
For teachers applying through our platform:
- Application fees are generally non-refundable
- Refunds may be considered in cases of technical errors during payment
- Refunds will be processed if we are unable to process your application due to system issues
4. Refund Process
How to Request a Refund:
- Contact us within 7 days of the issue occurrence
- Provide your booking/registration details
- Explain the reason for refund request
- Submit any supporting documentation if required
Processing Time:
- Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days
- Refunds are credited back to the original payment method
5. Special Circumstances
We may consider refunds outside the standard policy for:
- Medical emergencies (with proper medical documentation)
- Relocation to a different city where we don't provide services
- Technical issues from our end that prevent service delivery
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)
6. Quality Assurance
Instead of refunds, we also offer:
- Teacher replacement if you're not satisfied with current teacher
- Schedule adjustments to better suit your needs
- Additional support materials or resources
- Extended service period at no extra cost in certain cases
